Payment Information
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Maestro/Switch
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep this email as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact orders@wearefish.com so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Availability
As we are able to keep most of our products in stock, we aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of receiving the order. However, this is not possible in every case so please allow up to 14 working days for your order to arrive.
Please note that your order will be dispatched when every item is available. In the unlikely event that any of the items you have ordered are out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by emailing orders@wearefish.com. This must be done within one hour of placing your order. After this time, we may have already packaged your order and arrangements may have been made for it to be dispatched. In this case, we would request that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, following the instructions on the Shipping & Returns page.
Amending Your Order
If you wish to make any other changes to your order, such as delivery address or quantity of goods, please email orders@wearefish.com within one hour of placing the order.
Order Status
To view the status of your order, please sign-in to the We Are Fish website using your username and password, and select the View Order History option.
Dispatch Confirmation

Receipts
If you require a receipt for your purchase, please contact orders@wearefish.com and we will be happy to post one out to you.
