Shipping Information

All orders qualify for free delivery.

We shall endevour to despatch all orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri (excluding national and bank holidays) the same day, provided all of the items comprising the order are in stock. We shall endevour to ship all orders placed after 2pm or on weekends or national and bank holidays the following working day, provided all of the items comprising the order are in stock.

If any of the items in your order are not in stock, your order will be dispatched as soon as every item is available. This should be within no more than 7 working days in most cases, but please allow up to 28 days for dispatch of orders compising items not in stock when the order is placed.

Aquariums and heavier accessories will be sent by courier and will, in most cases, be delivered the next working day.

All other items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class and will, in most cases, be delivered within 1-3 working days.

In both cases, delays outside of our control can sometimes occur, so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

You will be contacted if there are any anticipated delays.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

We Are Fish values your security. To safeguard this, a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of aquariums and large accessories. If you know that there will be no one available at home to sign for your delivery, please specify an alternative delivery address e.g. work address or with a neighbour.

If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, our carrier will leave a card with details of what you need to do.

Returns Policy

Returning An Item You Are Not Delighted With

If you wish to return goods that you are not delighted with for a refund, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Then return your product (enclosing a note with your details and the reason why you are returning the item) in its original condition and packaging to the following address:

Please note that the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend that you send them by registered post, retaining proof of postage.

Goods are returned at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will refund the value of the returned item less delivery costs, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Returning A Faulty Item

If an item is faulty, please return your product (enclosing a note with your details and details of the fault) in its original condition and packaging to the following address:
